We always start our gutter cleanings with a thorough property inspection. During our inspection we like to collect any pictures of pre-existing damage, get measurements on the gutters, and also assess the project ahead of us. Through our inspection we know what we can our can’t do for you, along with giving our clients an accurate estimate before starting the project.

2. Debris Removal

Following our property inspection and approval from the owner, we start by removing debris from your gutters. With the use of ladders we climb onto our next to your roof and hand pick or vacuum debris out of your gutters.

3. Downspout Flushing

After removing the majority of the debris, we start our flushing stage, first on the downspouts. With the use of pressured water and leaf blowers we can completely clean out your downspouts to ensure proper water flow.

4. Gutter Flushing

Once the downspouts have been cleared, we then rinse out the gutters removing all the debris we can, and then we follow up with another downspout rinse to make sure everything is cleaned to the best of our ability.

5. Final Flush/Inspection

Now that all of the debris has been removed and the gutters/downspouts have been flushed, we finalize our cleaning with a final flush and inspection to make sure everything flows and drains correctly. We also inspect for any leaks or damages we could have uncovered not have seen beforehand.

6. Debris Cleanup

Our final stage of gutter cleaning, is to clean any debris that we may have dropped, blown off, or drained onto the ground. We always make sure to leave better than we left it, so don’t worry about any messes left behind!

How long the job takes always plays a part in the price. When we inspect the property, we take into consideration the amount of debris that needs to be removes, the type of debris, and the methods we can use to remove it.

- Gutter Condition

While inspecting the gutters we also take into consideration the age, condition, and style of gutters that we are working with. Some gutters clean differently that others, hence why this is an important factor.
